      - one of the better options to work at in Toronto - good benefits and nice office - competitive comp

      Cons

      - work/life balance could be bad depending on project/team (+ heard it got worse after layoffs) - not too confident in the company's future (+ valuation seemed high) - manager can make/break the whole team
