      Okay overall. Just wish they would be more employee conscious.

      Pros

      Friendly senior staff. Very knowledgable in the industry.

      Cons

      Lack of interaction with employees due to being a contractor and scattered throughout the various workplaces. It would have been nice to have a visit or phone call once in a while to see how we are doing.

      We at Flash Technology Group, strive to have quality relationships with our team. Yes, it is challenging with contractors working in different locations and states. However, we take pride in our open door policy and our flexibility to resolve customer requests. We regularly recognize and reward employees, have company functions and meet with employees at any time.
