Business outlook
Pros
Start early, finish early. Overtime (late shift). Varied projects. Clean, bright, modern work space/s. Health and safety considered. Protective gloves, clothing, breathing masks etc supplied on demand.
Cons
Some bullying by colleagues (possibly not if you're Austrian). Some of the younger department managers want to be part of the team and don't manage the distinction between the team and them well enough. One of the owners walking around (so everyone is behaving like they should bow) turning off the lights to save electricity, in corridors we're using. Nowhere to go at lunchtime if you're not eating in the canteen.
