F. LIST interview questions

The questions asked are open-ended, depending on each company's definition of design, but the required answer must be completely consistent with the questioner, which is difficult to achieve. For technical discussions, focus on specific answers rather than an open exchange.

Relaxed. Conversational. They were interested in my experience as much as qualifications - so I had examples of my work to show them and the Master Carpenter looked at them. Once he decided they were good enough for him I was offered a job. They were recruiting quite a lot of people so perhaps it was less stringent.
