Pros

Easy to learn Positive environment to meet people. 1 hour break Easy to move to Game Presenter

Cons

Your hands hurt, especially at the start. The break can be 1 hour after the start of your shift or they add it 2 hours before you finish. Most of people do not care about your experience, so it feels like you doing a boring job that nobody cares about.| The promotions are only for people they know personally.

Hard work, low salary

Business outlook

Pros

Health insurance Gym pass No need experience

Cons

The work is hard, and the salary and bonuses are low. The treatment is different from that of a Game Presenter, and you have no say in anything. Promotion is extremely difficult because nobody wants this job; there are high turnover rates and constant absences due to health and psychological problems. Some positions have open selection processes, but there's already a fixed person who will fill the positions. Lack of ergonomics at work leads to long nights of pain. The studio's physical structure is inefficient; there's a lack of bathrooms, and the changing room is messy. Inefficient HR, without competent professionals to handle simple demands. The company culture only exists on paper; the environment is multicultural but with a clear preference for certain nationalities.
