Pros

The Management at Apex wants to develop their employees. They take the time to work with each individual and make sure they are living up to their potential. The culture is unbeatable. Weekly happy hours unite us as a team and teach us a work hard, play hard mentality that keeps our work- life balance in check. I would recommend this team and company to everyone. This is the best place I have ever worked and I do not plan on leaving any time soon.

Cons

There are zero cons with this team.

Pros

Weekly Pay is the biggest benefit

Cons

Apex has no paid time off so if you aren't working, you aren't getting paid. Not all Apex contracts allow for overtime, so if you work over 40 hours you will be encouraged to record it as COMP time. But Comp time can not be used when you submit your hours. If you attempt to bill OT, you will get a phone call that is unpleasant. Benefits are a joke, like $450 a month for 1 person with a $3500 deductible and claims paid at 60%. You will NOT get a raise, whatever salary you start with you will keep for your duration at Apex. They do not offer any professional growth classes or opportunities. Understand that Apex is a headhunter shop, if all you want is a paycheck below industry standards then go for it, but continue looking for a real job where you are appreciated and valued. They will not work with you on converting to an employee as they lose money when you convert.
