Pros
Some of the staff, especially my head teacher were great.
Cons
The upper management were so unprofessional, they are more interested in numbers than providing the service they are being paid for. Treat loyal staff like dirt, which is probably why they have a high turnover of staff.

Fun teachers, little room for creativity in the methodology means there is limited outside planning you can do
Cons
They will squeeze every single penny they can out of you before you give in and run as far away as you can from EC
