Micro management culture, lack of trust from management in the abilities of the teachers and head teachers. Quite unprofessional in terms of company mentality.

Some of the staff, especially my head teacher were great.

The upper management were so unprofessional, they are more interested in numbers than providing the service they are being paid for. Treat loyal staff like dirt, which is probably why they have a high turnover of staff.
