Remote working and decent pay

Cons

Would not take all the pay in the world for the tantrums their executive team throws around. They behave like crybabies and are extremely spoiled. Don't know how to run a company

Pros

- Horizontal culture - Remote - Non-egocentric teammates/leaders

Cons

- Unfortunately, after years of building the company we haven't been able to find traction/PMF and there is no attempt from leadership to make a hard pivot which only prolongs the expected end of the company - Most of us got a pay cut a couple of months ago and we were told it would only last for a couple of months but more than 6 months have passed and we are still underpaid - Most of the teammates are unmotivated because of the payment problem so nobody is going the extra mile
