Pros
- Good pay and benefits - Great to work from home - Cool projects to work on - Lot's of growth opportunities - Good people
Cons
- Restructures written on the wall of every domain - Silicon Valley mentality (I realize some might want this but it's very difficult if you're not at the level of Californian engineers) - Culture of high stress. I'm not working late nights quite often in order to achieve deliverables. I am interested in growth but not at the hand of mental distress.
