      Everyone is willing to help and get their hands dirty when needed

      It takes ages for senior leadership to come to a decision and then share that with the rest of the company. Lots of time is spent in the unknown

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. You get to meet everyone from every team in the company. Every one are so helpful. Even the people from different teams will help you to achieve your tasks. Even the managers are so helpful. Perks: Wednesday Lunch, Friday Happy hours.

      I haven't faced anything negative in the company.
