      Pros

      As good employer as you can get. Amazing benefits, really valuing work-life balance and mental/physical wellbeing of the employees, really personal approach of a manager to each direct report, culture is the key thing. Recommending it everywhere I go.

      Cons

      Recent layoffs impacted Prague office notably, laying off 40% of the employees here. That kind of broke the soul of the office and it's not the same place it used to be. There is a chance it will revive but I don't have huge hopes.

      Pros

      Flex work model- 50% in office Direct team is supportive- great people (hope they stay)

      Cons

      Constant churn in leadership and shifting priorities. Feels like we can’t get anything done. VPs and SVPs who only care about managing up. Vision is lacking Slow decisions and lots of layers of approval Women pushed out of leadership Feels like they are gaslighting people with talk of being employee first yet they hire leaders who do not live that value.
