Pros

All is top modern, systems are nothing but the best. Salary and bonus system great. Coworkers are nice and the feeling of being part of a worldwide company is amazing. Very simple financial product.

Cons

Very hard to advance in career. Old style management without leadership skills or emotional inteligence. Unfortunately the managers dont lead by example. Solving problems is repeative and cought in circles with no results. the simple product solution is being complicated with different departments blaming other departments.. .Pressure for the shareholders payout is getting extremely big and then its felt on all levels. Unfortunatelly this pressure hits the most on the bottom level. You have to push your agenda every day, otherwise it gets lost!

Pros

Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets

Cons

The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.

Pros

Understand that traditional remittances are dying

Cons

Not enough resources available to drive transformation. Legacy tech. Outdated systems, processes. Too much work expected per employee.
