We aim to provide our global benefits because our teams work hard and should have the support and resources they need to come to work as their best selves! We are disappointed to learn about your experience. As we announced WU’s new strategy and operating model during our second quarter earnings, part of this means we must make difficult decisions regarding our investments to ensure the continued success of the business.
