This company underpays its employees a lot for the amount of work that's offered to its employees. Why because they are relentlessly laying off people every single year. I survived six different layoffs in the seven years with this company. In 2017 working for WUBS my job was outsourced to Lithuania smh I move out here to Denver just for my new position! Only for a year and ten months later to get laid off again last month. Western Union does this to put money back on the books to show the shareholders that they're making money while the rest of us lose jobs. Western Union lacks so much innovation and leadership; it's quite pitiful. I really won't recommend anyone to work at least not long term. Even with the great benefits, the pay and lack of leadership aren't worth the headache. Better of applying to Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.
