      Honestly very few pros here other than the people that work here

      Cons

      Check out the amount of positive review vs negative review and you make the call. I would not suggest working here. This business is always in a rough spot but the ceo is always on vacation.

      - Great company culture and warm welcome - Supportive teams that value your opinions in projects - Self-growth is a priority at TribalScale as well by doing research, making blogs, and side projects - The interview process was seamless with constant interaction with HR - Transparent!

      Pros

      People were nice and kind and the location was convenient for the subway

      Cons

      It's consulting work: mostly about the marketing rather than any quality of engineering. Pair programming sucks and is half as effective.
