Pros
- Great culture - Lots of learning and growth opportunities - Someone here mentioned that management needs to get more projects to retain employees, here are some things I noticed: 1: As someone who worked here before and was recently hired again, I can tell that the company aims to hire for the long term (unless you are contract based) 2: Although the company shrunk over the last couple years, management and sales are making the effort to slowly bring in more projects 3: Company health shared relatively transparently with the team so that members will always have an idea as to where its headed

Its a bit of a smaller company, but this could be a pro or con, depending on how you look at it.
