Be really really careful with this company. Management 'talks big', promises everything under the sun and delivers little. There is absolutely no attempt to utilize talent and the people who get paid the most are effectively 'rewarded' for sucking up to management rather than actually being exceptional. Lots of frustration. No clarity on direction. The whole thing is chaotic and there is absolutely no sharing of information. Everyone is so protective of their work, which ends up underming client delivery.
