As an EA that worked there for 8 months to the Chairman of the compnay as well as its 5 senior level execs, Teneo is in a great location, has a great salary, a great office space, and great top tier clients of various industries you will be exposed to and collaborate with. It is a fast paced environment and aligned with the current events of finance industry.
Cons
The downside to this job is that it finance so the demand can be relentless and the execs lack sympathy in work life balance as it affects there bottom line. While it is a young thriving business filled with so many intellectual and savvy minds there is a disconnect in refueling their employee. There is no room for weak link, there is an overwhelming surge of a non-stop go, go, pattern even if its is not conducive to your environment and health. If you do not have a type A personality that borders on OCD attitude that extends over every detail you will falter in this environment and company. You must know what you want to do and love it. Honestly, if you like relentless success by any means necessary and and want to make a great salary, this if for you. But it will talk all of you time and energy until you are burnt out. This job literally caused me an anxiety attack during my performance review and a miscarriage. So beware of the high salaries and clients and the cost may be your family, your health, and your peace of mind.
