It was a three turned into four stage process which involved a timed written task online which included writing a press release and social media post along with draft emails
An HR Screening was first over the phone, then a one hour video call interview with two other team members that were 30min each, more situational and behavioral, followed by an in person interview
The whole process was 3 rounds, standard questions asking about stocks you've been following, etc. Was not very technical but be prepared to answer questions about topical issues and events.
