Cons
Salary is terrible, changes to remuneration during Covid were poorly managed. This is exacerbated by selling services to clients as a "premium agency", yet paying staff below market rate. Diversity needs work, both for female and BAME leadership. The hours and expectations on resource were totally misguided. There has been a recent spate of people leaving - particularly at a more junior level - and little has been done to replace team members. The US influence has grown significantly. This is largely to be expected, particularly given the recent change in private equity owner, however, the US is so far removed from day to day London work it promotes a mis-matched strategy.
