Thank you for sharing your thoughts - while I’m glad you’ve come across nice people, I’m really sorry to hear about your wider experience during your time here. Our CX team is absolutely vital to our business, and one of the reasons we have had so many pack members who started in CX working across our product, engineering, people, marketing and operations teams is because we value their excellent foundation in understanding what our customers need.
The ability to develop new skills and experience is important in any job or role and at tails.com we play our part in this by making sure every new role is advertised internally. In the past 12 months alone, nine CX team members have either been promoted or transitioned into roles outside of the team.
