Pros
Great peers. Good benefits / discounts. Starting compensation is competitive.
Cons
Raises are always squeezed as low as possible and over the last few years offset with stock options locked to multi-year vesting terms. Workers deserves compensation for their work's value, and not tied to the company's success in an "ever-changing marketplace". RTO and mandatory in-person work is ridiculous for a telecommunications company. Especially one that prides itself on wireless solutions for customers. It makes it very apparent that it's just used as leverage against the employee when layoffs are looming. The company culture is fostered primarily for the image of the brand and to drive profit. This would be fine if there were follow-through with valuing the employees, however you can go years being told that it's a great company to build your career in, that you're part of a family, and that you have great opportunities, but regardless how loyal an employee is to the company, how many awards you've gotten, and how valued they tell you that you are, you can still get cut in a wide swath layoff because of sweeping changes.
