Pros
The wireless industry is fast pace and exciting! There is an excellent benefits package. Overall, the work faciliities are very nice and well maintained. Also the accomodations during comapny business travel are very nice.
Cons
The leadership team often states that there is a commitment to the company values. However there is a lot of hypocacy when it comes to this. Also, there is a lack of respectful and direct feedback / communication. It also appears that if you are well liked and you fit into the "box" life is good. However, if you do not fit into the "box" ,life is very difficult and there is nothing you can do to change it.....no matter how hard you work and no matter how dedicated you are to your job. If one is a hard worker, meets job expectations,conducts himself in a professional manner and is a team player, that should be sufficient in the work place. Whether or not a person on the leadership team likes you personally should not be a factor in the workplace. There is also a lack of work / life balance.
