Cons
Company management is terrible. Some individual managers are great, but as a whole the leadership is awful. Systems are constantly having issues and causing customers issues that are completely unnecessary, then the company expects you to take the brunt of it without giving you tools to fix their issues. Promotion opportunities are rare. So if you end up in a position, expect to be there a while unless you are willing to play politics with some of the higher management. most recently, their biggest issues is hour cuts for both full and part timers. Most of the full timers in our store were forced into part time positions earlier in the year and threatened with relocation to a slower store if we did not accept.
