Pros

Decent pay, free stock, phone discount, emphasis on DE&I, service you can sell without feeling guilty

Cons

Head of consumer markets is an ego maniac that speaks to hear his own voice. Sr Managers and below are mostly good. They’re forcing people to take plans they don’t want. Emphasis on revenue over the customer experience. Company uses third party companies to gauge experience but the results are not accurate or disputable. Traffic conversion as well. These things factor in to comp and the measures they use aren’t fairly rated. Driving for work is abysmal…. They reimburse with FAVR and it will cost you money to drive. Reimbursement isn’t fair or on par with federal rate.

If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
