Pros
Good pay and benefits. People seem to have good intentions. Bonus has been good but do know that it has been taken away completely before. So it can and will fluctuate.
Cons
A lot of people "drinking the Kool-Aid". Reminds me of working with a multi-level marketing company. I guess if you're one that is okay with that then you will fit right in. Even though people may have good intentions, passive-aggressive behavior by many gets in the way of creating a positive culture. Extreme left-liberal mindset controlled by a conservative board. The two don't always provide the same message. If you are conservative by nature then this might not be the best place for you. The next area that I see as a con is the leadership is not behind remote workers. Most leaders prefer people in seats. A major flaw to their business and will eventually halt the companies growth.
