Pros
innovative and creative company. senior management is supportive and makes themselves visible, most people in the company can see a face and put a name to it and many of us have met upper management in person. compensation and benefits are spectacular, especially for part time employees. youthful but mostly competent staff makes for a comfortable work environment. my specific market has a supportive regional manager who is available by phone and will learn your name as well as remember at least a little bit about all of us. company seems aware of our limitations and problems we encounter while trying to do our jobs and seems to be active in fixing these problems.
Cons
t-mobile seems to be trying new things and services that are hit or miss. while this is expected for a company that is trying to break away from being a traditional wireless carrier, they place a lot of importance on some of the failing products that can sway us away from focusing on moving on. the interior systems at t-mobile are inferior and often require us in retail to jump through hoops to get basic tasks done. the lack of support for customers having problems with handsets is setting us back in quality of service. the compensation from customer feedback is flawed.
