Pros
Good work-life balance, interesting benefits (discounts on gym, massage, products etc...) and excellent vouchers for both meals and groceries (very above the average in the city at almost BRl 50 per day just for meals + > BRL 500 for groceries per month). Friendly co-workers and possibility of doing international networking (depending on the area) since the company has offices in all continents. Easy access to senior staff (from local managers to Global Heads)
Cons
The office in Brazil still is not much aligned with the global practices - depending on the area, international networking is very limited despite being a global company. Also, the company needs to work towards more attractive salaries and bonuses if it aims to retain/attract good talents.
