Prescreening, first round with peer, second with future manager. To the point discussion, straight feedback. Questions mostly about concrete situations or technical decisions. Waiting on the next step, should be final round in person (so far remote)

Worst Interview experience of my life.they took 3 tech rounds which took 3 weeks of time, then asked me to come office for HR round..after HR round then team manager introduced me to the tech team of the project & had lunch with them. After that I was kept on waiting for another 5 weeks & then I was told as all the panelist need to say Yes. But 1 amongst 6 has not said Yes . That’s why ur candidature is rejected.
