Pros
Some fascinating people to work with, fairly stable company with 14K employees, international, some decent senior leadership. Opportunities to move up rather quickly, because turnover is so high.
Cons
Horrible pay, honestly very insulting pay for practically every level of position. Benefits are a joke and hardly affordable. For hourly employees your benefits could eat up half of your paycheck. No tuition reimbursement, no maternity leave, don't pay for professional certifications...Honestly outside of getting a pay check, medical/dental/vision there are no benefits to this company. Turnover is absolutely horrible at the average site, recruitment is impossible because the base rate is so low.
