Startek interview questions

The interview process started with an initial phone screening where I was asked about my background, experience in customer service, and availability. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which included behavioral and situational questions to assess how I handle customers and resolve issues. I was also asked to demonstrate my communication skills and problem-solving approach. The overall process was straightforward and professional, and the interviewers were approachable and clear with their expectations.

it was Good and easy although there were many applicants so the space was small accord ing to that. And my interview experience was good overall and i have nothing else to says
