Pros

FULL TIME PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT. NOT AN EASY THING TO FIND IN MYRTLE BEACH S.C. AND BELIEVE ME, THEY KNOW THAT AND TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF IT

Cons

They control everything you do. From your breaks. your shifts, what you can keep on your desk, when you can call back a customer in need and even when you can pee ! If you have to use the bathroom outside of a predetermined scheduled break time, you get in trouble. You have to ask permission for everything like a kindergartener and are constantly threatened with a first and final warning. They dont let their employees think for themselves and everything you do is coded in aux time through your phone. They treat us as incompetant sheep and think we are robots, not people. Their business model may look good on paper but it is not realistic and doesnt take any human element into the equation. Its a very unorganized place ran by incompetant supervisors. Very clicky as well.

Pros

Always hiring; Always looking for new business. Great place to advance (if you're willing to abandon your family).

Cons

No backbone or desire at the corporate level to TRULY care for employees or stand up for them when negotiating contracts with clients. Pay is low and benefits are expensive. Lower management is so tied up with jumping through hoops and managing stats, they don't have time to truly coach and mentor teams; Often management will ignore underlying issues and just try to paint a pretty picture or make you feel guilty for negative feelings about a situation, rather than trying to make it better. Once you're trained for one line of business, the company refuses to let you transfer to another you might be better suited for. HR seems unable or unwilling to hire mature, stable people. Often like working in a middle school; How do they give positive strokes to the employees? By tossing candy bars at them. Really? Like throwing fish at trained seals. Some supervisors have their own favorites and will bend the rules for them. Upper management seems to have no empathy for employees.

Pros

They are flexible with schedules

Cons

Higher management is shady. Highly inconsistent. NOT the job for everyone. This is a call center job with most calls due to billing. Just because they are advertising new management it doesn't mean it is a good thing. Most of the good supervisors are gone with new inexperienced ones replacing them. You are often told one thing and the very next day told that it is now wrong and to do something else.
