Cons
- No guaranteed career prospects. - No employee benefits, everything is on your own. - The HR team is unprofessional. They tryna scam my last salary claiming that I never returned the company asset but in fact I have returned them under the witness of my superior. Then they tried another excuse to brush me off, luckily I managed to get my salary in the end.
