      Pros

      Amazing coworkers. Benefits were lacking, but available. Weekly progress reviews (if you're lucky). Great support staff (supervisors and floor support).

      Cons

      Lack of caring. Treated employees like expendables. Management didn't care about the agents at all. Lack of career opportunities.

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
