      Pros

      It wasn't all bad, I had a good manager, opportunity for travel, and I got a ton of good experience.

      Cons

      They don't like having American centers or employees when the Philippines and Hondoras are so cheap. Its fine, but they aren't trustworthy very often.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      Cons

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
