Works with your schedule more than other employers. Also see people from all walks of life.
Cons
Revolving door of employees either being fired for poor performance (which it should be) or being laid off due to not having enough call volume and being told, oh you can apply and we will keep you in mind. As someone who worked with them for 8 years, I expected a little more than sorry about your bad luck.
