Not working on the phones

Cons

You have to be on top of 2-3 chats at a time. Your manager is ALWAYS complaining about your handletime and yet never helps you resolve customers issues (their training sucks so you have to rely on help from management all the time).

The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

Cons

When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
