Pros
The company is run by people who care about the well-being of their employees. They provide snacks for everyone so you don't have to work on an empty stomach. They give you prizes & sometimes money to reward you for coming to work. They give you raises pretty fast if you dedicate yourself to your job. They make you feel like a member of a family.
Cons
The pay is terrible. That is honestly the only bad thing I have to say about StarTEK. I loved that company and I would have continued to work for them much longer if corporate hadn't closed our site.
