Pros
Steady hours, steady pay. PTO accrual. Okay benefits. It is an okay job if you want to just use it to get up on your feet and then find something else.
Cons
If you are not a part of the “circle”. You will have a miserable time working there. Leadership plays “favorites” and rewards poor performance for them. The workload is overwhelming and unrealistic most of the time. Leadership partakes in spreading gossip and making fun of people. It is a very demotivating place to work.
