      co-workers are great. good team spirt among peers,

      Cons

      poor relationship between managers and staff, expect 150% but treat you poorly if you don't perfrom at that rate, very dishartening to say the least.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
