Good for training pay and that's about it.
Cons
The pay is crap for the amount of work that is expected. Have to listen to customers complain and cuss you out while you have sit there and take it. People have been there for many years without the chance of promotion, have to know someone! You're lucky to want to stay after a month of being on the phones.
