      If you are willing to grow, get out of your comfort zone, and make great money it might be for you. It is a combination of everything that I have always wanted to do.

      Cons

      Tough to scale - hard to find people that can be successful and effective at 3 jobs - prospecting, selling, and training.

      Cons

      Leadership is a constantly changing, out-of-touch, white boys club. Sexism is prevalent and diversity and inclusion is nonexistent. Processes and systems are antiquated and manual, nowhere near what they promise clients. Lots of drama and hostility between departments as well as between enterprise and franchise businesses. There is so much NOISE constantly going on, you can't get any work done.
