Sandler Training interview questions

Over a month. 4 interviews and a presentation. Looked like they were making things up as they went along. At the end of it all, they went with someone cheaper. Poor communication throughout the process

The HR representative reached out to schedule the initial call and explained that the interview process involved five rounds: first with her, then the hiring manager, the team, the chief sales officer, and finally a presentation. They informed me that all interviews would be recorded. Even if you decline, they still record for transcription purposes, which felt a bit invasive. Overall, the interview process itself was fine and fairly organized. However, I had to reach out myself to get an update on the outcome, which came across as a bit unprofessional.
