The offices we're at have very helpful concierge who keep the snacks stocked and always greet us with a smile. Regarding professional development, as the company is quickly growing if you show your talents and work hard you will be compensated.

Only gripe is that we are growing quickly and have moved offices three times in the past two years, Inevitably that comes with growing pains but they have always been with serviced offices with plenty of events on throughout the month.

The product is real and solves a genuine problem in the UK parcel market. You're not selling smoke, the network is growing fast and the value proposition holds up in front of serious retailers. Autonomy is the default setting here. If you show ownership, you get room to run. Every decision carries real weight.
