Pros
Been in RAndstad for close to 4 years. Things have changed massively here since the time I joined the company. The culture piece here is still pretty much the same. Though we have expanded rapidly to double the size when I first join, consultants are friendly and mingle around with each other across the floor. It's a very sharing culture - so not suitable for those who are used to co-Broking in their previous firms. Randstad doesn't practice that. One has no candidate ownership and things are very transparent here. There's lots of trainings going on here aimed to help you succeed but sometimes the trainings can get too overwhelming. Depending on how you look at it
Cons
The constant changes by management. Industries, focus can change often. Very fluid. Also very kpi driven but this can be said for most sales roles out there.
