    Pros

Ability to grow a recruitment desk as much as you like. If openings in the company open you can change to a different discipline.

    Cons

Training initially starts well - then tapers off and leads to no ongojng upskilljng or development. KPI driven. Quality sometimes sacrificed for quantity. Work, work, work.
