      - Excellent Career Progression - good work is noticed - National projects - Staff have options to participate in national project - Great Leadership - Listen to the staff and care about people - Good tools - Recruitment tools and investment in tech is ongoing, constant improvements - Competitive Salaries and good commission structure - Great people - passionate teams and naturally competitive

      - CRM is not the best in the world but after learning is really intuitive, could be simplified and automated more but this is ongoing for improvements
