It’s very hard to grow up on carrier path in Thailand. no bonus, promotion for 1-2 people per year. freeze salary while company is growing up while a lot of projects increasing more workload. they happy to hair more junior and train them up for copy and paste instead do more automate work. it is about local culture management in Thailand is not give opportunities to growth up as limitation budget from HQ, this office look likes human factory. working more than 8 hours per day without pay OT. this is standard management here for senior. average salary up 3%-6% per year, it’s around 0.13 - 0.2 USD per hrs if you make more profit to company no any return to you
