The interview process was exactly as it should be…a phone call with a recruiter, then a Teams interview with the manager and two senior team members, then a technical deep dive interview. A few days after that I got the job offer.

Firstly, I was asked to explain in detail my experience - not only job experience, but voluntary work as well. Then I was asked to translate a text and send it in. I had 1 or 2 days to do it. Ultimately, they decided not to open the job position I applied for.

It was ok. The interviewers talked very friendly. Easy questions too. But need good communication skills to crack the job interview. Overall the interview experience was good. However, I was not selected for the job
